3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses and winnings held in those accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be in the same person's name.

  • 8777bt reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious or unusual transactions pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • The account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • To withdraw funds that include a bonus, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met.
  • Withdrawal time is 10–45 minutes, however delays may occur due to verification in special circumstances.
  • In accordance with anti-money laundering rules, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8777bt offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms; however, the general bonus policy below applies to all promotions.

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount). For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.1 General Bonus Policy

  • Each bonus must be claimed within its specified validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
  • The original deposit and bonus funds cannot be separated before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • 8777bt reserves the full right to cancel a bonus in cases of bonus abuse or strategic betting.
  • VIP cashback (Bronze: 0.2%, Silver: 0.5%, Gold: 0.8%, Platinum: 1.0% weekly) will be provided according to the specific terms of each tier.

5.2 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Registration using false information.
  • Use of prohibited betting strategies (for example: placing opposing bets on guaranteed outcomes).
  • Suspicion of using bonuses for money laundering purposes.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

8777bt is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
  • Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to game code or servers.
  • Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or behaving offensively toward other users.

8777bt reserves the full right to void any funds or winnings incorrectly credited due to a technical error. 8777bt bears no liability in such circumstances.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by 8777bt

8777bt may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Exploiting a technical error.

If an account is closed, withdrawals may be suspended until the investigation is complete. If irregularities are proven through the investigation, all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you request self-exclusion, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.
